Nicholas Spanos
Associate
Nick Spanos is an associate attorney with Davis & Cannon, LLP. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a law clerk with the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming—first for the Honorable Alan B. Johnson, United States District Judge, and then for the Honorable Scott P. Klosterman, Chief Magistrate Judge. While clerking, Nick handled a wide swath of civil and criminal matters, organized mediations, and drafted dozens of written decisions for the Court.
Prior to clerking, Nick attended the University of Wyoming College of Law where he earned his J.D. in 2023. While in law school, he was a member of the Wyoming Law Review, an extern with the U.S. District Court for the District of Wyoming, and a research assistant for Professor Noah B. Novogrodsky.
Nick is licensed to practice in the State of Wyoming and the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming.
Nick was born and raised in Buffalo, Wyoming. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, cooking, and playing music.
